The following privacy policy describes how we collect, use, transfer, disclose and protect your personally identifiable information obtained through our applications (as defined below).   • Definition
    1. “We “mean PPMN (Association of Media Development Nusantara), an institution established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
    2. “Application” means a software application that we have developed which is a means of discovering the services provided by a third party.
    3. “Service provider "means a third party providing the services for the nurturing of the community in filing a complaint/report through the application.
    4. “Services" means a service to provide convenience to the public to contact the police.
    5. “Personal information" means information about you that can be personally identifiable collected through the application, such as your name, address, date of birth, occupation, telephone number, email address (e-mail) and/or the like, and other information that may be able to identify a particular person who is using the application.
    6. “Website" means our website at www.datatalk.asia.
  • Information we collect
    1. We collect certain personal information from you in order for the app to find the services from the service provider. You will immediately provide personal information (for example, when you register) and some information will be automatically collected when you use the app.
    2. When you visit our website, the administrators of our website will process technical data such as your IP address, the Web pages you have visited, the Internet browser you use, the Web pages that you previously visited and the duration of each visit/session that allows us to submit the functions of the website. In addition, in some cases, the browser can advise you to have your geo-location enabled us to give you a better experience. With this technical data the administrators of our website can administer the website, for example by resolving technical difficulties or improving the ability to be able to access certain portions of the website. In this way, we can ensure that you can (continuously) find information on the website in a fast and simple way.

    4. At the time of registering with the application, you will provide us with your email address, name, phone number, and account password.
    5. When you use the application to find a service, you provide information to us, which is your location and destination. You also give us information about your complaint or your report related to the police. When you use our app, we will also process your technical data such as your IP address, device ID or MAC address, and information about the manufacturer, model, and operating system of your mobile device. We use this data to enable us to transmit the functions of the application, resolve technical difficulties, provide you with the correct and current version of the application and to improve the functionality of the application.
    6. We will ask the phone number of a person to be contacted by the service provider to complete your report when you use the application to find a service from the police. You must obtain prior approval from the person whose phone number you gave us to provide the phone number to us and for us to provide the service provider with the telephone number.
    7. You can assign a referral code to your friends through the app, where, we will only set up a message for you to send or publish through your social media provider or email. You can change the messages we've set up before you send them. We will not collect any of your friend's data.
    8. Information we collect when you use the app.
    9. When you use the app through your mobile device or on your phone, we will track and collect geo-location information in real-time. We use this information to enable you to view the service providers located in your area that are close to your location, set up a pickup location and submit information to the requested service provider, and to view the requested service provider approaching on a real-time map. We may also use this real-time geo-location information to provide assistance, resolve technical or business difficulties that may arise when you use the application. You can turn off geo-location tracker information at the device level for a while. Your mobile device will notify you when your geo-location is tracked by displaying the GPS arrow symbol.
    10. We also track and collect service provider geo-location information. This means that we also collect information when you travel with a service provider. We will also use the service provider's geo-location information in the nameless and overall form to obtain statistic information and management information and to provide you with enhanced application functionality.
  • Use of information we collect
    1. We use your email, name, phone number, and account password to verify your ownership of an account, to communicate with you in connection with your complaint/report and to provide you with information about the application. We may also use your name, email and phone number to send you messages, updates that are common to the application.
    2. We use personal information in a form without name and as a whole to closely monitor which features of the service are most frequently used, to analyse usage patterns and to determine whether we will offer or focus on our services. You hereby agree that your data will be used by our internal data processing to provide you with a better service.
  • Provision of information we collect
    1. After receiving your report/complaint, we will hold and follow up your report or complaint for your convenience.
    2. We will also provide the service provider with a telephone number that you have provided to us when you use the app to find the service.
    3. You here by agree and authorize us to provide your personal information to the service provider as a part of the terms of service. Although your personal information is automatically removed from the mobile device belonging to the service provider after you use the services, it is possible that the service provider may retain your data on their devices in any way. We are not responsible for the storage of data in such manner and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless and we will not be liable for any misuse of your personal information by the service provider after the expiration of the services provided.
    4. We do not share your personal information with any party other than the relevant service provider, without your consent. However, we will disclose your personal information for as long as it is legally requested, or required to be subject to statutory, regulatory and governmental provisions, or in the event of any dispute, or any form of legal process between you and us, or between you and any other user in connection with, or relating to the services, or in emergencies relating to your health and/or safety.
    5. Your personal information may be transferred, stored, used and processed in a jurisdiction other than Indonesia where our servers are located. You understand and agree to the transfer of your personal information outside of Indonesia.
    6. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
  • Detention of Information We Collect

    We will retain your information until you delete your account on the app.

  • Security

    We do not guarantee the security of our databases and we also do not warrant that the data you provide will not be withheld/interrupted while it is being sent to us. Any submission of your information to us is at your own risk. You may not disclose your password to anyone. Regardless of the effectiveness of a technology, no security system is impenetrable.

  • Changes to this Privacy policy

    We may amend this privacy policy to reflect changes in our activities. If we amend this Privacy policy, we will notify you by email or by means of a notice on the website 1 day before the change occurs. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on how the provisions of this privacy policy we enforce.

  • Other
    1. Language. This privacy policy is made in English and Bahasa Indonesia, the second version will bind you and us. In the case of any inconsistency between the Indonesian language version and the English version, the Indonesian language version shall prevail.
    2. Governing law and jurisdiction. This privacy policy is governed by and to be construed in the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any and all disputes arising out of this privacy policy shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court.

    1. By using the application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this privacy policy and the terms of use and agree and agree to our use, practices, processing and transfer of your personal information as set forth in this Privacy policy.
