If sorted, the flow is (1) the user opens the data or selects the dataset that they want to know or study, (2) the user sees the visualization of the dataset that was selected, then (3) the user can view or create articles related to the dataset and its visualization.
The main target of users of this data portal is journalists who are expected to be able to disseminate the datasets they are processing into articles to a wider audience. Of course this data portal is also open to be used by people outside of journalists, such as election activists, academics, or other related parties.
The creation of this data portal was made possible by the support of the American People through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
